June is National Headache Awareness Month, a time to shed light on the millions of people affected by headaches and explore effective solutions for relief. I am one who deals with migraine headaches, so I am acutely aware of the disruption a headache can cause. Headaches can significantly impact daily life, causing pain, discomfort, and affecting productivity. As a chiropractor, I am passionate about helping individuals find natural and lasting relief from headaches. In this blog post, we will discuss the five main types of headaches and how chiropractic care can be instrumental in reducing each of them.


Tension Headaches:

Tension headaches are the most common type, characterized by a dull, achy pain around the head, often accompanied by muscle tension in the neck and shoulders.
