Seasons greetings. 2021 is coming to a close, and I know that for many of you, it has been a difficult year. We had hoped to be on the other side of the pandemic this year, but this turned out not to be the case.
For many, it has been a year of returning to basics. Cooking, gardening, spending time with family, and re-evaluating what is important. I witnessed a new enthusiasm for managing individual health needs and goals. Many Canadians sought out natural ways to improve their overall health, including diet, exercise, and chiropractic care.
It is my hope that everyone continues to put their health first in the coming year.
This month’s blog topic looks at sprains and strains – what the differences are and how best to treat them. Always a good topic as we enter winter sports and navigating the snow and ice.
I wish you health and happiness in 2022.
